2021 has been an exciting year for RIB CCS, and in keeping up with the global trend, we took the leap from the traditional office space to a hybrid working scheme.
We believe in empowering our team to be the best they can be – no matter where they are working from. The focus is now on the work you do, and not where you do it. Staff now feel confident working on-site (with the health checks and capacity limits) as well as in the comfort of their homes. Staff book in advance so the number of on-site employees for the day and desk availability are easily managed via the Get Space app, specifically designed for RIB CCS.
