RIB MEA Insights Newsletter – Issue 6


With 2023 now well underway, we’re looking forward to a year of delivering excellent product and building even stronger relationships with you, our valued customers.

Looking back, 2022 was undoubtedly a year of transformation, with the appointment of a new RIB board and restructuring of the organization. The restructuring process resulted in a consolidation of all the products under a single product lead, with key leaders in the various workstreams tasked with focusing on strategy and the delivery of RIB products.

Our global Sales and Customer Success teams, under the leadership of our former CEO, Andrew Skudder, have been given regional responsibilities with a clear mandate to continue servicing our clients and explore new opportunities. This is with a view to boosting the offerings in our product portfolio and improving our service to customers – all under the global RIB banner.

Notably, we are undergoing an exciting rebranding exercise to reflect the changes in our business as we embrace and align our company name and identity to the RIB Group master brand.

I am personally looking forward to partnering with a global team, as well as tackling the challenges and celebrating the successes that comes with overseeing Africa and the Middle East.

For many, these changes to our structure and brand will not affect the day-to-day engagement with our teams.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valued support and invite you to join us on this journey as we come together as one global RIB organization: with the focus on empowering our industry to build better.
