Job Purpose:
We are looking for Quantity Surveyors and/or Estimators with a minimum of 5 years of experience on pools and landscaping pre-contract.
- Qualified Engineer in Pool and Landscape
- Site visit and Client/Consultant’s Meeting
- Study the Tender drawings and specs
- Raise Tender Query
- Supplier and Subcontract enquiries
- Comparison
- Quantity take-off
- Preparation of Scope of works and Bill of Quantities
- Cost Estimation
- Subcontract Agreement
- Able to handle New Tenders and Maintenance quotes
- Subcontractor payment certifications
- Client payment applications
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience required
- Candy Software Experience is a must
